1. Scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to all guest accommodation contracts concluded between Dobler Hotels GmbH i. Gr. in Germany and third parties (guests). These terms and conditions are visibly displayed in each of the Dobler Hotels. By this fact alone, they are sufficiently brought to the attention of the customers, the parties to the rental contract and third parties within the meaning of the provisions of the German Civil Code.
2. Reservations
The acceptance of a reservation made by the guest constitutes the conclusion of an accommodation contract. This agreement for rooms ordered in the form of a reservation is binding for both contracting parties. The reservation for rooms that have been booked but not yet paid for is valid until 6.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. There is no entitlement to use of the accommodation service in a specific room. The hotel reserves the right to let the reserved rooms to other guests after the reservation has expired. The guest will receive a binding booking or reservation number from the hotel and, if expressly requested, a written confirmation of the reservation.
3. Guaranteed reservations, cancellation deadlines
A reservation is guaranteed if the guest confirms the accommodation service with a credit card number or company stamp and legally valid signature and does not cancel the booked room before 6.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the guest does not show up (no show), the full amount of the booked stay will be charged less any expenses saved. For bookings within the framework of a contingent contract or for a reservation of more than 5 rooms per night, the cancellation periods and other agreements agreed in these contracts shall apply.
4. Prepayment of the overnight price
The price of the entire booked accommodation service must always be paid in advance by the guest, at the latest on arrival at the hotel.
5. Taxes / fees / charges
The applicable prices are gross total prices and include all statutory taxes, fees and charges. Dobler Hotels GmbH i. Gr. reserves the right to adjust the prices accordingly in the event of changes to tax, fee and levy rates as well as the effective levying of new taxes, fees and levies previously unknown to the parties.
6. Means of payment/services on invoices to be paid later
Valid means of payment are cash in Euro, EC card, Eurocard, Visacard and Amex in Euro. It is not possible to charge services to invoices to be paid later.
7. Possibility of using reserved rooms
Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 15.00 on the day of arrival and until 12 pm on the day of departure.
8. Liability risks of guests for items brought into the hotel
Objects or materials left in generally accessible rooms of the hotel, in the technical facilities and in the hotel lounge are not deemed to have been brought in. Motor vehicles and items left in them as well as live animals are also not deemed to have been brought in. The hotel is not the custodian of items brought into the hotel room by the guest, regardless of their nature, and is therefore not liable for their fate; this applies in particular to so-called valuables. It is expressly pointed out that the hotel does not offer storage facilities in a hotel safe or similar security containers. Guests therefore bring their items into the hotel at their own risk. The hotel is also not the custodian of suitcases, bags or other items left in the hotel after the rooms have been vacated, even in suitcases provided for this purpose, and collected later.
9. Food and drinks brought from outside
The consumption of food and drinks brought into the public areas is prohibited. Breakfast may only be consumed in the designated areas of the public area (bar, lounge). It is not possible to take away breakfast items offered. The preparation of food is prohibited in rooms that do not have a kitchen.
10. No smoking in the hotel
The DoblerGreen Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. It is therefore forbidden to smoke in the public areas as well as in the guest rooms. In the event of non-compliance, the hotel has the right to demand an amount of EUR 300.00 from the guest as compensation for the separate cleaning costs incurred, including any loss of revenue from not being able to let the room as a result. This amount of compensation shall be set higher or lower if the hotel proves higher damages or the guest proves lower damages.
11. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising between the parties from the contractual relationship is Göppingen, insofar as the contractual partner of the DoblerGreen Hotel is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law
